2. Products
All diamond painting kits and paint by numbers kits are sold as described on the product page. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration. Custom kits are produced based on the image you upload — please ensure your image is high resolution and clearly shows the subject you want painted.

3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Tracking is provided for all orders. TheSparkleGrid is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom kits (made from your photo) are non-refundable once production has begun. To start a return, email us at sparklegrid.work@gmail.com with your order number.

6. Custom Orders
By uploading a photo for a custom kit, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it commercially. TheSparkleGrid is not responsible for any copyright issues arising from customer-uploaded images.

7. Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, and content on thesparklegrid.com are the property of TheSparkleGrid unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
TheSparkleGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
