Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking email. Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You can also track your order at our order tracking page.

Can I return or exchange my kit?

Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom kits are non-refundable once production has begun. Email us at sparklegrid.work@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to over 100 countries. Orders over $75 qualify for free worldwide shipping. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Customs and import duties may apply depending on your country.

How do I order a custom kit from my own photo?

Visit our Custom Diamond Painting Kit or Custom Paint by Numbers Kit page, upload your photo, choose your size and options, and we'll do the rest. Production takes 3–5 business days before shipping.

I'm missing diamonds or paint colours — what do I do?

Email us at sparklegrid.work@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send out replacement supplies at no charge. Note: all diamond painting kits include 30% extra diamonds per colour bag specifically to cover this.

What is the difference between square and round drill?

Square drills sit edge to edge with no gaps, giving a more complete, mosaic-like coverage — great for larger, detailed designs. Round drills are easier to place and more forgiving for beginners. Both use the same 28-facet resin diamonds and produce a beautiful sparkling finished piece.

Is diamond painting suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Every canvas is pre-printed and pre-coded — you just match the symbol to the diamond colour, press, and repeat. No artistic skill required. Most beginners complete their first kit within a few evenings and find the process deeply relaxing.
